The Board would welcome a Headteacher who is resilient, given the ever-demanding nature of a Primary Headteacher role, but also someone who can create a supportive and empathetic culture amongst staff, whilst still providing rigour within our teaching and school improvement practices.
Key attributes also expected within the role, will be a determination to achieve school improvement, which will be based on a thorough knowledge of latest curriculum approaches and a passion for the learning and development of each and every child.
