The Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust alongside The Governors of All Saintsí RC High School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, methodical, organised and efficient individual to join the team as a Curriculum Leader of Mathematics.

  • Essential Qualifications
  • Teaching Qualification.
  • A good degree within the subject area.
  • Minimum of Grade C at GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Desirable Qualifications
  • Evidence of further personal and professional development. Masters Degree.†
  • Masters in Education or other post graduate qualification

  • Essential Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years teaching experience with a track record of success in pupil outcomes.
  • Consistently strong performance in the classroom.
  • Excellent Subject area knowledge to GCSE level Exam board requirements.
  • Experienced in the use of data for targets, tracking and interventions.
  • Current Education issues.
  • Current Pedagogy and best practice

  • Desirable Experience
  • Previously held a leadership role with a proven track record.
  • Instrumental in providing transformational change to a subject areas
  • Experience in developing and implementing some whole school policies/initiatives.†
  • Willingness to explore the requirements of several exam boards.
