The children, staff and Governors at Baines Endowed Voluntary Controlled Primary School are now seeking to appoint a dynamic, creative, inspiring and outstanding teacher to work in Key Stage 1.
We have a committed team who are passionate about raising pupil achievement and we offer an engaging curriculum for all in a friendly, safe and caring community.
We are looking for a teacher who:-- Has experience of working in Key Stage 1.
- Has experience of teaching effectively to raise standards.
- Has proven outstanding teaching skills.
- Is a committed team player, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the school, staff and children both inside and outside the classroom.
- Understands and supports our drive for excellence.
- Is inspirational and highly motivated, striving for the best in themselves and the children.
- Values creativity and outdoor learning and is able to encourage a love of learning through exciting, creative and motivating lessons.
- Will deliver a broad and balanced curriculum with the development of skills, knowledge and prior learning central to their teaching.
