The children, staff and Governors at Baines Endowed Voluntary Controlled Primary School are now seeking to appoint a dynamic, creative, inspiring and outstanding teacher to work in Key Stage 1.

We are looking for a teacher who:-

Has experience of working in Key Stage 1.

Has experience of teaching effectively to raise standards.

Has proven outstanding teaching skills.

Is a committed team player, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the school, staff and children both inside and outside the classroom.

Understands and supports our drive for excellence.

Is inspirational and highly motivated, striving for the best in themselves and the children.

Values creativity and outdoor learning and is able to encourage a love of learning through exciting, creative and motivating lessons.

Will deliver a broad and balanced curriculum with the development of skills, knowledge and prior learning central to their teaching.
