The governors of Salterforth Primary School wish to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner and experienced leader to the role of assistant headteacher. We are a small school at the heart of the village of Salterforth close to the Lancashire/Yorkshire border. Our school has our children at the heart of everything we do.
Our new assistant headteacher will work with all school partners positively in order to support the headteacher in the leadership and management of the school with a particular focus on the development of Early Years and Key Stage 1. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in this area and a proven track record of teaching and learning and leadership in both phases.
