Due to expansion of school the Governors and Headteacher are looking to appoint talented and enthusiastic teachers to join our Outstanding School in a permanent position. The school caters for 200 learners aged 11-19 with a wide range of SEND.
We invite applications from outstanding teachers who are able to deliver a full, personalised curriculum. Applications are welcomed from both ECTs and experienced teachers.
The successful candidate(s) should have a strong commitment to working with learners with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities, in particular experience of teaching learners with ASD. Many of our learners are working at developmental stages below their age-related expectations, therefore we are looking for someone who can teach learners in an age-appropriate way whilst having the understanding that they are working at earlier stages of development.
We invite candidates who have experience of working with learners with SEND within KS3, KS4 and KS5.
We are looking to appoint teachers with any subject specialism and in particular the following areas:
- Maths
- Science
- Computing
- Post 16 Education
We are seeking passionate, dedicated teachers able to inspire students to reach their full potential The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate effective skills in working with a team of teaching assistants to provide a meaningful, motivating, and memorable learning experience The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to inclusion and working in partnership with all stakeholders.
