Longton Primary School is a school that puts the pupils first whilst considering staff workload and wellbeing. We aim to provide our pupils with an abundance of opportunities so that they can make good life choices in the future.
We are looking for a teacher to work in school on Fridays. During this time the successful candidate will teach ART throughout the school. In time they will also be the Art subject leader.
We purchase a published scheme to support with the teaching but we would like the teacher to have Art as a specialism. PPA time for the successful teacher will be paid to be taken on another day.
We welcome visits to the school to see who we are and answer any questions you may have.
In the first instance this position is for one year.

Art A level and or degree
Primary teaching full qualification - we unfortunately can not support a candidate through the ECT process because we already have two in school.
