'Achievement for all through personal best'
This is an exciting time in the continued development of student support services and inclusion at Fleetwood High School. Fleetwood High School is committed to inclusivity and providing all students with personalised learning pathways that allow them to flourish both personally and academically. There is no greater moral purpose than helping those who have experienced exclusion and lack of clarity and aspiration. The successful application will passionately believe in treating every human being as of unique value - recognising each child's intrinsic worth and potential and helping them to overcome barriers to their learning and success.
The successful candidate will have excellent, collaborative leadership skills, working together to strategically plan to raise attainment across age, range and phase; supporting progress through educational experiences that supports effective planning, teaching, learning and assessment.
