The governors of Cop Lane CE Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced and outstanding full-time teacher to cover a maternity leave for Year 1 from the 3rd January 2023. This is a temporary position until the return of the post holder.
The vacant post would be in Y1. We are looking foremost for an excellent classroom practitioner, who will make a positive addition to our vibrant and successful school.
The successful candidate will:- be a very successful classroom practitioner who is able to deploy a wide range of effective teaching strategies.
- have a secure understanding of KS1, phonics and statutory assessment
- be able to be an effective communicator and work effectively as part of a team
- have an innovative and creative approach to teaching and learning
- be willing to support and develop the Christian ethos of the school
- ideally be able to lead a subject in school
