The Governors of McMillan Maintained Nursery School are delighted to seek to appoint a Headteacher for this rapidly improving setting. With rising numbers on roll, a positive budget and being valued by the community it serves, the Governors wish to find the right person to build on the work already undertaken. The person appointed will have the ability to:

  • communicate the vision of McMillan Nursery School to all people;
  • have a passion for achieving the very best outcomes for all children, a caring and considerate attitude towards children, which values each child's potential and recognises each child as an individual;
  • have the capacity to provide inspirational, enthusiastic and innovative educational leadership.
