The post is a one-year fixed term, in the first instance, for a KS1 class of Year 1 and Year 2 pupils. 

The successful candidate will:-
  • Be willing to uphold and promote the Catholic ethos of the school;
  • Be an outstanding practitioner, dedicated to raising standards;
  • Be dynamic, creative, imaginative and an inspirational teacher;
  • Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships wth parents, pupils and staff.

  • Essential Qualifications
  • Qualified to degree level including Qualified Teacher Status;
  • A commitment to own further professional development;
  • Have the ability to make good use of ICT to enhance teaching and learning.

  • Desirable Qualifications
  • CCRS;
  • First Aid.

  • Essential Experience
  • Have experience of teaching in KS1.

  • Desirable Experience
  • Have experience of working with SEND children;
  • Be a practising Catholic;
  • Have experience of teaching in a Church school.
