The post is a one-year fixed term, in the first instance, for a KS1 class of Year 1 and Year 2 pupils. 

The successful candidate will:-

Be willing to uphold and promote the Catholic ethos of the school;

Be an outstanding practitioner, dedicated to raising standards;

Be dynamic, creative, imaginative and an inspirational teacher;

Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships wth parents, pupils and staff.

The post you are applying for is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013). Essential Qualifications

Qualified to degree level including Qualified Teacher Status;

A commitment to own further professional development;

Have the ability to make good use of ICT to enhance teaching and learning.

Desirable Qualifications

CCRS;

First Aid.

Essential Experience

Have experience of teaching in KS1.

Desirable Experience

Have experience of working with SEND children;

Be a practising Catholic;

Have experience of teaching in a Church school.
