Experienced Year 6 Teacher. Required September 2021

Situated on the outskirts of a historic town, our small and friendly school is based in a rural area of Lancashire and shares its site with a thriving Nursery.

For September 2021, we are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and outstanding Year 6 teacher to join our strong team. The post is a permanent position.

The person must be able to inspire and influence colleagues and they must be able to lead in the subject areas of Computing and PE. Part of this role involves working with and directing other agencies and specialist staff to develop and maintain ICT and PE in the school.

Governors would like to appoint someone who has high expectations, has a track record of achieving excellent standards, is passionate about teaching and has the personality to fit into our dedicated and enthusiastic team. The successful candidate must have children at the heart of all they do.

Our school benefits from enthusiastic pupils, supportive parents, motivated governors and excellent connections with the wider community: we expect our teachers to be very much part of our community outreach activities.

This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to and share in our continued success and presents a chance to make a real difference to our school's future.
