Up Holland High School is a happy and harmonious place to be where students are highly-motivated and have the opportunity to be inspired and succeed. We seek an outstanding, enthusiastic and committed Progress Leader (Head of Department) for Religious Studies/PSHE/RSE and Citizenship with the ability to deliver effective teaching and learning at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will need to be a leader and practitioner who consistently delivers high quality teaching with the ability to inspire, engage and motivate students have a track record of positive results and outcomes and will have the ability to inspire, unite and motivate students, staff, parents/carers and the wider community. You will also need have excellent communication skills, be a strong team player and be Dedicated to Excellence. As well as leading Religious Studies this is a whole school role that will involve working with a number of other leaders in school to develop both our PSHE, RSE and Citizenship programmes. This would therefore suit an existing Head of Department or an ambitious future leader to develop and enhance any career aspirations.
