Summary
School Business Support and Marketing Officer

This is an exciting new role at St Anne’s, a school known for its strong sense of community, caring ethos, and high aspirations for every child. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed School Business Support and Marketing Officer to join our dedicated and welcoming team.

We are seeking someone who is well-organised, adaptable, and positive in their approach, and who enjoys working in a busy, varied office environment where accuracy, teamwork, and meeting deadlines are key. Working under the direction of the School Business Manager, the successful candidate will play an important role in the smooth running of the school — supporting administrative routines, working collaboratively with colleagues, and engaging warmly with parents, staff, and children alike.

The marketing aspect of the role offers a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and share the life of our school — capturing special moments, promoting achievements, and showcasing all that makes St Anne’s such a special place to learn and work.

In return, we can offer:

  • A positive, caring, and inclusive school ethos
  • A dedicated, fun, and nurturing staff team
  • Well-behaved, enthusiastic, and kind children who make us proud every day
  • Supportive colleagues who work closely with each other and our families
  • A flexible approach to working hours where possible, while always ensuring that the needs of the school come first

We would love to hear from applicants who share our values and enthusiasm for making a difference. Visits to the school are warmly encouraged — come and see for yourself what makes St Anne’s such a special place to work.
