Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Join Our New Nursery as a Creative and Passionate Nursery Lead!
Summary
A unique chance has arisen to be at the forefront of our brand-new nursery within Longton Primary and Nursery School. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to establish and lead our nursery room. This role offers you the chance to shape the environment where young children can thrive, develop, and transition smoothly into their next stage of learning. If you are someone who starts tasks with enthusiasm, sees them through to completion, and is passionate about creating an enabling, nurturing environment, we want to hear from you!
You will be responsible for planning and mapping out engaging learning opportunities each week, ensuring that children are nurtured across all areas of development and are well-prepared for their move into the reception class. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a real difference in early childhood education.
We want the very best person to join our team. To entice the best candidates this post is being advertised as a Permanent position. As with all positions within the local authority the post is subject to a probationary period. Please note that the salary quoted is full-time equivalent, and the actual salary will be pro-rata if part-time.

- Essential Qualifications
