Here at the Willow Tree Federation in Lancaster we are looking for a TA to support the ethos of our school and the development of our children in Key Stage 1 at Willow Lane Primary School.
The Role:
As a teaching assistant, you will be working full time in Key Stage 1. You will be expected to use your knowledge and best practice to help ensure our children have the best start in life by helping them make the progress they need to succeed. You will be working with a range of children as teaching assistant, particularly with children with SEND needs. This role is a temporary role linked to EHC funding.

- Essential Qualifications

- A willingness to undertake relevant qualifications in the future (preferred).
- An understanding of child safeguarding.
- Ability to develop relationships and communication with parents and carers
- Maths and English Grade C/4 or above (desirable- you will have to have this by the time you qualify to work in Early Years)
