Summary
The Governors of Newton Bluecoat CE Primary School wish to appoint a friendly, highly motivated, hard-working, well organised and enthusiastic School Business Manager to work in our busy school office as part of a hardworking and dedicated team within our wonderful school.

Newton Bluecoat CE Primary School is a happy and caring school with 210 pupils on roll from 3 years to 11 years old; well thought of in the community.  We are a good school with positive values, a friendly and dedicated team and excellent relationships with pupils and parents are important to us.

We would like someone who is warm, approachable and willing to go that extra mile for the benefit of our children and school.  You will need excellent organisational skills, and the ability to use your own initiative and to work without supervision as directed by the Headteacher.  You must be able to maintain confidentiality and deal sensitively with children, parents, governors and outside agencies.

Experience with on-line payment systems i.e SCOPAY

Experience of Microsoft IT software packages

Experience of the maintenance of management information systems i.e Arbor / Sims

Desirable Experience

Experience of monitoring and leading whole school attendance

Experience of developing the SCR in schools for safeguarding
