The Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust alongside The Governors of Sacred Heart RC Primary School, Colne are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our school on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
We are looking for a someone who:- Can engage and enthuse our learners through a commitment to outstanding learning
- Can contribute to the further development of a strong and forward-looking team
- Is innovative in their techniques to motivate and inspire young people
- Can build positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike

- Essential Qualifications

- NVQ level 2 or above qualification –appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in
- English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy

- Ability to operate at a level of understanding and competence equivalent to NVQ Level 2 standard
- Ability to relate well to children
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to supervise and assist pupils
