Summary
The Governing Body at Aughton Town Green Primary School is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support the teaching and learning in one of our junior classes.

This position will require the successful candidate to work primarily in a traditional Teaching Assistant’s role most days, however, there would also be the necessity for our new member of staff to lead the class they are working in as a HLTA on at least one afternoon each week.

Our new TA/HLTA will be fully involved in all teaching and learning activities in the KS2 class; as a result of this they must have a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum as well as the developmental needs of this age group. The school will provide an effective team of colleagues to support and further develop the successful candidate both personally and professionally.
