Summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant to join our hardworking, caring team at our School.

The post also includes 5 days of lunchtime cover.
We are looking for someone with EYFS, Key Stage 1&2 knowledge and experience and who:

  • is motivated and uses initiative.
  • is committed to high standards for all children
  • is a highly effective classroom practitioner
  • has good interpersonal skills
  • is able to work flexibly as part of a team and form positive relationships.
  • has good behaviour management skills

    Please note that in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024, an online search will be carried out as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates.

    Monday- Friday 8.45am - 3:20pm.  (30 minutes unpaid lunch time)

    This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis.

  • Essential Qualifications
  • Equivalent to TA Level 2 or higher
  • Desirable Qualifications
  • Paediatric First Aid
  • Essential Experience
  • Working with children in a primary school setting including EYFS.
  • Working in a relevant classroom environment.
  • Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
  • Desirable Experience
  • 1:1 support for SEND children.
