Here at the Willow Tree Federation in Lancaster we are looking for a School Admin Officer 1 to support the ethos and procedures of our school as part of the ‘front of house’ office team.
The Role
As an Administrative Officer you will be working alongside the office team to provide routine administrative and financial support, alongside day to day reception duties. They will work 8:30m-4:30pm with half an hour break for five days a week. This is a permanent position.

- Previous experience working in a busy office environment (preferably School Office)
- Ability to undertake a range of office administration tasks accurately and efficiently, including data entry skills and reporting
- Ability to relate to and communicate well with children, parents/carers, visitors, staff and other outside agencies
- Knowledge and awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data
