The Governors of Primet Primary School are seeking to appoint a passionate teaching assistant who has a desire to improve outcomes for children. The ideal candidate will share our vision for the school to work alongside the staff to raise standards and to become an outstanding practitioner.
We are looking for a Special Support Assistant who:- Is an inspirational and outstanding classroom practitioner who leads by example and who motivates, inspires and challenges children to be passionate about their learning.
- To support children in class with specific identified needs.
- Has a proven track record and is passionate in developing children to be confident and compassionate.
- Has very high expectations of all and will inspire, challenge and encourage children to achieve the best.
- Is innovative and forward thinking with a progressive vision for school improvement through clear communication and has a can-do attitude.
- Has understanding for the needs of others and will support pupils and staff on a day-to-day basis.
