The Headteacher and Governing Body are looking to recruit a Site Manager to work alongside our already experienced Site Manager at our wonderful school located in Burnley, Lancashire. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, hard-working and flexible. Demonstrates a commitment to the safety and security of the school & has current experience of Health & Safety regulations.
Has good inter-personal and organisational skills & can prioritise, plan, schedule and evaluate their work. Has the ability to manage a small team and be accountable for their own and others work. Works effectively both independently and as part of a team. Takes genuine pride in their work, has a good a sense of humour and can uphold the ethos of our school.
We can offer a supportive and friendly place to work, well maintained premises & grounds and a commitment to your Continuing Professional Development. The successful candidate will work shifts 7:00am to 12.00pm one week and 1:00pm to 6:00pm the following week however, some flexibility will be required. This is a full year post however, holidays will not be allowed during term time.
