Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Additional Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • a passion for working with pupils with Additional Needs and a commitment to helping them succeed
  • a deep understanding of the needs of ASD children
  • expertise in communication and interaction skills and experience in supporting young children with ASD with these skills


    Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to children with ASD in the classroom
  • Assisting teachers in adapting lesson plans to meet the individual needs of SEN pupils
  • Assistance with personal care tasks, including feeding, toileting, and dressing
  • Developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) for SEN pupils
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of SEN pupils and providing regular feedback to teachers
  • Building positive relationships to provide a comprehensive support network for SEN pupils
