Here at the Willow Tree Federation in Lancaster we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support the ethos of our school and the development of our children (aged from 9 months-4) across Appletree Nursery School, initially in the preschool room (3-4 year old)
The Role
As a teaching assistant, you will be working full time across Appletree Nursery School. You will be expected to model your knowledge and best practice to colleagues and to help ensure our children have the best start in life. You will be working with a range of children as a key worker.

- Essential Qualifications

- NVQ level 2 or above qualification in Childcare/ EYFS or higher level qualification.

- Previous experience working and caring for children under 5 years.
- Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities.
- SEND experience.
- A working understanding of child safeguarding.
- Ability to develop relationships and communication with parents and carers
- Experience of observations, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS
- Previous experience working and caring for children under 5 years.
