Summary
Brindle St James' CE Primary School in Chorley, is looking for a manager to run our very successful breakfast club. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our friendly team set in the beautiful village of Brindle. You will be greeted by warm, friendly and well behaved children in a school where pupil and staff wellbeing is paramount. The appointed candidate would support the management of two club assistants. Our pupils range in age from 3 years to 11 years old with a maximum number of between 18 to 30 pupils per session. The club has the use of our school hall, kitchen and beautiful school grounds.

The position would be Monday - Friday - 7:35am - 8:50am (Opening time 7:45am - 8:40am) plus an additional flexible working 2 hours for the purpose of purchasing & perparing food and beverages, planning activities, dealing with booking requests and other duties.

Total hours = 8 hours and 15 minutes per week, term time only.
We are looking for someone to join our happy team who has a level 3 qualification that meets the requirement for Early Years (if you are unsure, please contact us) along with the attached job description. Candidates must have experience working with children.

Essential Qualifications
  • Early Years Level 3 qualification or QTS
  • Level 2 or above in Mathematics
  • Level 2 or above in English

  • Essential Experience
    At least 2 years experience working with children of this age range.
