We are looking for a welcoming, approachable and efficient School Business Support Officer to work in our school office, alongside our experienced School Business Manager.
This is a fantastic position for a candidate who would to work in a busy school office to complement our supportive staff team. We are a two-form entry school with an intake of up to 420 children.
Day to day duties will include:- answering calls and making calls to our families
- routine clerical and administration work
- maintaining sensitive and confidential records
- maintaining and updating computerised records
Training will be provided but we looking for a candidate with:- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- High levels of initiative
- Ability to manage own workload effectively and to work as part of a wider team
- Flexibility
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- A good attendance-at-work record
- A welcoming and approachable manner
