Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking for your next opportunity? A welcoming and supportive primary school in the Chorley area is seeking a Year 1 Teacher to join their team from January 2026 until the end of the academic year.
This role has arisen due to a current teacher leaving, and the school is keen to find someone who can continue to provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment for their Year 1 class of 30 pupils.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 1
- Strong classroom management and planning skills
- A warm and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Commitment to supporting every child’s learning journey
