Part Time Teacher Post
The Governors of the Willow Tree Federation are seeking to permanently appoint a dedicated, highly motivated and experienced teacher to join our Federation as soon as possible. The successful candidate will work in year 1 part-time (0.5) as part of a job share. In addition to being a creative and excellent classroom practitioner, the ideal candidate will be a determined and ambitious subject leader with the vision and skills to work effectively in raising standards within a given curriculum area.

- is an excellent classroom practitioner with the ability to inspire and set high standards and expectations in all aspects of school and community life
- is committed to child-centred education, promoting the achievement and well-being of children
- has a proven track record of, and commitment to, raising standards

- has the drive and skills to lead a subject through modelling, monitoring, reflection /analysis, collaboration and effective implementation
- is able to meet the needs of pupils by reducing barriers to learning
- understands the range of life factors that can impact on children’s development
