REED/LTA are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher for a Year 4 class in a vibrant primary school located in the South Ribble area.

This role is a temporary position starting in September and concluding in December.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners.

An have an enhanced DBS on the update will be required.

Day-to-day of the role:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of Year 4 children, in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and record children's progress, preparing them for any necessary assessments.
• Create a supportive and creative learning environment that encourages participation and promotes their social and academic growth.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons and school activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching at the primary level, specifically Year 4, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
