12 Month contract with possibility of becoming permanent

Teachers pay range £31,650 to £43,607.

The Headteacher and Governors of St Mary’s RC Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented full time Class Teacher to join our hardworking, dedicated team in September 2025.

St Mary’s Langho is a happy thriving school set within the beautiful area of Langho and the Ribble Valley. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join our happy and dynamic staff team.

We are looking for an exceptional ECT who:

has excellent subject knowledge in Maths and English

has the ability to lead and deploy support staff effectively within the classroom

prioritises children’s learning and welfare, forging strong relationships with parents and our wider school family

is an inspirational and motivational classroom practitioner who believes in our vision and is committed to raising standards, while making learning fun and creative for all

is a committed team player, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, co-operation and a willingness to take an active role in school life both inside and outside of the classroom

Ability to use a range of positive behaviour strategies to effectively promote outstanding behaviour for learning.
