Headteacher Position at Catforth Primary School: Leading with Excellence, Well-being and a passion for learning.
At Catforth Primary School we strive to create a secure and stimulating learning environment where all members of the school community are inspired, nurtured and supported to reach to their full potential.
Our long-standing and successful headteacher will retire in December 2025. She has created a culture where our children enjoy learning, each others company and challenge; she has put the children at the heart of everything we do with a strong focus on engagement with nature and outdoor learning.
As we bid farewell to her, Catforth School seeks an outstanding and passionate leader. Your mission will be to provide stability and clear leadership during the period of initial change and ensure that the high standards and care for our children remains exceptional. Over time, we expect you to bring your personality and values to the role and to build and drive both a vision and mission that is shaped by you and your team, supported by a highly engaged governing board.
