The Governors of St. Mary’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a passionate and positive part-time Reception /KS1 /KS2 teacher for 2 and a half days per week (Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday and Friday) who is committed to playing an active role in the life and continued development of our wonderful little school. This role is initially one year but may be extended if the budget allows. We are a small, rural school and we have mixed age classes.
The role will be for PPA cover on Wednesday afternoons, working with Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 together for an hour and then Years 3/4/5/6 for an hour (curriculum area to be discussed on interview depending upon your subject specialism and interests) On Thursdays, you will be responsible for Years 4/5/6 and on Fridays, Years 1/2/3. You will be supported at all times by our highly skilled and supportive TA’s.
