The governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, passionate, inspirational, and enthusiastic teacher. We are looking for someone who:
  • is an excellent classroom practitioner; who will lead by example, modelling outstanding teaching and learning for children with a wide range of complex learning difficulties
  • has a good understanding of autism and total communication approach.
  • has a good understanding of a personalised curriculum
  • has a good understanding of child development
  • has a commitment to the safeguarding of all children
  • has high expectations for all children
  • has a good understanding of emotional regulation and sensory needs
  • has the ability to work effectively with children, parents and governors, as well as members of the wider community.
  • You will also be able to lead a small classroom team.
  • has an excellent sense of humour, is positive, passionate and forward thinking.
