The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Assistant Headteacher who is an excellent classroom practitioner and has a passion for Inclusion. They will have a track record of leading Pastoral support across school.
The successful candidate will:
- Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning and be able to demonstrate this through their practice.
- be ambitious with experience of monitoring teaching and learning
- Be innovative and forward thinking with a progressive vision for school improvement through clear communication and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Have experience of successfully leading improvement particularly in Pupil Premium
- Actively contribute to our caring learning environment
- Promote our strong, positive ethos in which all members of the school community can fulfil their potential.
