"Let Your Light Shine" Matthew 5 v.16
The Governing Board of Tarleton Mere Brow CE are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated person to work in our mixed-aged class of Years 2, 3 and 4 with a TLR 2.1 for deputising in the headteacher’s absence and leading in the following subject areas: maths, science and PE. The post holder will also be required to be a Deputy Safeguarding Lead.

We are looking for :
- Commitment to upholding the Christian values and ethos of school and delivering whole school worship.
- Understanding of a small school setting and flexibility in your approach, and a commitment to our school community, including external events.
- Understanding of all key stages, due to the teaching of Forest School across year groups.
- Understanding of SEND and trauma informed strategies.
- A caring and collaborative working style and positive approach; building trust and commitment within our small school team.
- An understanding of what is required for effective teaching and learning across all key stages, but particularly key stage 1 and lower key stage 2.
- An ambition and desire to maintain our ethos of making a positive difference to children’s lives and help them reach their full potential, following our school motto to ‘Let Your Light Shine’.
