The Governors of Richard Durning’s Endowed School are seeking to appoint a class teacher to join our wonderful school team starting in September 2025.

The successful candidates will have high aspirations for children and be proactive in facilitating engaging learning experiences. The post is suitable for experienced teachers or an ECT. The class taught is TBC.

Is willing to lead and take part in extra curricular activities
- inspires and enthuses children to reach their highest potential.
- Has good subject knowledge of the curriculums taught.
- Has very high expectations and will maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Works in close collaboration with colleagues as a valued member of a team and is willing to go that extra mile
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, good sense of humour and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, pupils, and staff.
- Works in a calm, caring, and supportive manner with the ability to deliver an exciting, innovative, creative, and cross-curricular learning environment for children.
