Barden Primary School are looking to appoint a full time, permanent class teacher to join our excellent team in September 2025. The placement of our new team member will depend upon their individual skills and experience along with the needs of the school.

Demonstrate a proven track record of effective teaching and positive impact in a primary school setting
A thorough knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum/EY Framework
Ability to provide effective marking and feedback to help learners progress
A secure understanding of Assessment for Learning Strategies and their implementation
Ability to meet the needs of all learners
- Desirable Experience

Experience of working effectively with and managing a team of classroom staff
Evidence of impact in developing a curriculum area or whole school change
