Millfield Science and Performing Arts College is a vastly oversubscribed and successful 11 to 16 school on a journey to outstanding. Our motto is to ‘Create Bright Futures’ for all our students and we have a commitment to staff wellbeing, workload and regular, high-quality CPL.

In 2020, we began the exciting step for our school to become a Dynamic Learning Community: where staff collaborate, use evidenced-based research and coaching to improve their teaching practice.
