SCHOOL VISION

We are looking to appoint an inspirational leader who has a strong commitment to education, safeguarding and the wellbeing of our children. We are looking for someone with a highly motivated and dynamic approach to leadership in a Church School. Our wonderful school was graded as Good with the possibility of Outstanding during our Ofsted inspection in April 2024 and Excellent during our SIAMS inspection in July 2019.

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who:- Is an outstanding and experienced classroom practitioner
- Is a passionate educator who is keen to share their knowledge and skills with colleagues
- Is able to form highly supportive and positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Will be an integral part of our dynamic and forward thinking leadership team
- Is able to promote, and be a role model for, our schools’ strong Christian vision, values and motto
- Is keen to share expertise with colleagues and support the Headteacher to lead a successful and collaborative team.
