An exciting opportunity to work at Newchurch St Nicholas Primary school has arisen for a SENDCO  and classteacher . Our school is small Church of England Primary school with a dedicated staff team.

Essential Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status

hold NASENCO award, or be willing to undertake and obtain the NPQ for SENCOs 

Essential Experience

have an excellent understanding of the relevant SEND legislation that underpins SEND provision in schools.

be a strong, effective and experienced classroom practitioner with the ability to lead by example and to demonstrate innovative approaches to teaching, learning and curriculum development
