The Governors of Peel Park Primary School are seeking to appoint a year one teacher to our school team starting on 24th February 2025.

The successful candidates will have high aspirations for children and be proactive in facilitating engaging learning experiences.

This post is not open to Early Career Teachers on this occasion. 

The role will involve:

Working within a three-form entry-year group, sharing planning and meeting the needs of the year group.

Working alongside and supporting a highly committed and caring staff team.

Working alongside the SLT and SENDCo to support children with additional needs.

Liaising with staff in terms of adapting plans to suit individual needs, providing feedback to staff regarding pupils, and maintaining records for pupils.

Opportunities to lead extra-curricular activities, such as after-school clubs,.

Leading a subject across our school (if appropriate)
