A fantastic school close to Garstang are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Primary teacher. The role will be working in a mixed Nursery/Reception/Year 1 class on a full time basis. The class has 14 pupils and an excellent TA support structure. This role is to start in January and will be for the rest of the Academic year.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and educational lessons to EYFS/KS1 students.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching EYFS/KS1 is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS/KS1 curriculum and teaching standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
