We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Burnley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners. The position is long-term with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 4 students.
- Develop and implement creative and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Take on the role of SENCO, supporting students with special educational needs.
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching Year 4 or similar age group.
- SENCO experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
