We are seeking a Primary Consultant to support schools and teachers with behaviour management.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established team of Primary School Improvement Consultants in one of the largest Local Authorities in the country.
Our team provides support and challenge to our Primary schools with the overall focus of raising standards in our schools.
We are seeking someone who:- has a passion for developing behaviour support in our primary schools through a trauma informed approach
- has excellent presentation and communication skills;
- has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and departmental leadership;
- is able to take a strategic lead in the professional development of teaching professionals in the area of behaviour management in schools
- is able to work as a member of a team providing behaviour management specific support to schools across the LA.
- is up to date with all the latest developments in behaviour management in primary schools
