The Lancashire Teaching Agency / Reed Education are seeking a Teacher for a Year 4 class at a “Good” Primary School in Burnley. This role is a full-time position covering 5 days per week. The role is a temporary position, starting after the October half term and will be for the rest of the academic year.
Qualified Teacher Status and previous experience/strong knowledge of teaching Year 4 is essential for this position.
Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:
•Preparing, planning, and delivering high standards of lessons to ensure the continuous development of our pupils
•Mark and monitor classwork, alongside setting targets for future progress
•Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers
•Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils
•Monitoring pupils progress in reference with the school’s practice
•Excellent behaviour management skills
