The governors of Dalton St. Michael’s Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic leader, who is passionate, visionary and a team player, and able to lead their school through the next chapter of its history. The ideal candidate will collaborate positively with the school’s Governing Board as well as our fabulous members of staff, leading a team which embraces its wider community. The expectation is that the new Head Teacher will continue to collaborate with all school stakeholders, including Dalton’s families, the local Parish and as well as the local village community. This position will require an element of teaching which will need to be determined as part of the onboarding of a successful candidate.
