Reed Education/The Lancashire Teaching Agency are working with a fantastic primary school in Bacup, celebrated for its “Outstanding” Ofsted rating. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced Teachers to contribute to the school’s already vibrant learning environment and is expected to last until the end of this academic year!

Day to Day of the role:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the Reception curriculum.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assess student progress and provide individualised support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching practices.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians to support student development.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A commitment to creating an inspiring and supportive educational atmosphere.
  • Excellent organisational and classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
