is a practising Catholic

has a proven record of effective leadership

demonstrates high standards, as an exemplar for both staff and pupils, inspires good behaviour, the passion to learn and achieve goals

is a capable communicator, both orally and written

is capable of further developing the school curriculum

has the safety and well-being of pupils and staff at the forefront of all actions and decisions

understands that school improvement is a constant need and has a strong record of improvement and demonstrable impact

develops staff with coaching, support and empowerment

recognises the importance of working constructively with parents and carers

has the ambition and drive to take the school further
