The Headteacher and governors of Baines Endowed Primary School are looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who is an enthusiastic and inspirational leader with a passion for improving the outcomes for pupils and making a difference. We wish to appoint an outstanding teacher and dynamic leader who has the energy and vision to work with the Headteacher and SLT to drive forward improvements with focus and care for individuals and the community.

In addition to being a creative and outstanding classroom practitioner, the ideal candidate will have the vision and skills to work effectively in partnership with the Headteacher and school community in continuing to raise standards.
