An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our ambitious Good school. The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, passionate and aspirational teacher who is committed to raising standards and able to work as part of our team.  The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and will strive to become an inspirational practitioner.

The successful candidate will have:
  • A clear understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • A good understanding of assessment for learning.
  • Be able to plan and resource a learning environment that creates a sustained interest from the children and challenges thinking.
  • Commitment to working with parents, the first and most important educators of their children.
  • Be willing to contribute to everyday life at Clayton Brook such as after school clubs, fund raising events, sports events.

  • Essential Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Degree or equivalent

  • Essential Experience
  • Evidence of strong teaching in a primary school setting.

  • Desirable Experience
  • Recent experience of teaching in a KS2 classroom.
  • Experience of using assessment, tracking and target setting.
  • Subject Leadership experience.
